Troylyn is a New Orleans native who earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. A retired Texas educator and former military spouse, she holds certifications in elementary education, ESL, special education, dyslexia intervention, and counseling.

Troylyn works with clients ages 10 and older, including students facing academic challenges, educators experiencing burnout, and individuals navigating anxiety, everyday stress, overwhelm, grief, and major life transitions. Her approach is rooted in understanding, encouragement, and helping clients develop practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and balance.
